Over-the-Air Installation Use this procedure if you are using a non-Windows OS, connected to the web-site directly from your PDA or would like to download minimum amount of files. Here are the steps: Using the built-in File-Explorer, create a new folder - preferably under "\Program Files". Download the appropriate executable: (all of these link to the current executables). Navgps Pro Windows laptops PocketPC VGA - ARM cpu w/ WM2003 SE operating system (e.g. iPAQ, Axim etc.) PocketPC - ARM cpu w/ non- WM2003 SE operating system (e.g. iPAQ, Axim etc.) PocketPC - MIPS cpu PocketPC - SH3 cpu Navgps Pro/PCFS PocketPC - ARM cpu (e.g. iPAQ, Toshiba, Axim etc.) Navgps Basic Windows laptops PocketPC - ARM cpu (e.g. iPAQ, Toshiba, Axim etc.) PocketPC - MIPS cpu PocketPC - SH3 cpu Download aviation database. Download the uncompressed .ng2 files unless you have a way of uncompressing them on your pda. Optional for Pro and Pro/PCFS download topography database. These files are all compressed in .zip format - do not download unless you have a way of uncompressing them on your pda. If you'd like to get the uncompressed files...just send us an email. That's it! Now using the File-Explorer, find the navgps.exe file and double- click on it. It'll start up the program. Pro version will also create a short-cut to itself in the Programs folder.
